🚫 List of Exclusions 

1. Claims made after contract expiration.

2. Odometer issues (broken, tampered, disconnected) not immediately repaired.

3. Pre-existing conditions (failures existing before the contract start date).

4. Mechanical or electrical alterations to the vehicle (lift kits, oversized tires, header pipes, etc.).

5. Use of vehicle for commercial purposes including:

   • Police, fire, ambulance, taxi, shuttle, newspaper delivery, rental, construction, snow plowing, security services, cable/line installation, or racing.

6. Manufacturer's warranty repairs (vehicle still under basic warranty) or covered by a recall or technical service bulletin.

7. Abuse, neglect, collision, accident, or environmental damage (fire, flood, hail, windstorm, theft, vandalism, riot, earthquake, etc.).

8. Operation of impaired vehicles (driving after failure causing more damage).

9. Consequential damages (property damage, loss of use, inconvenience, loss of time, commercial loss).

10. Contamination (e.g., sludge, corrosion, rust, water damage, fuel contamination).

11. Repairs not necessary to correct a Breakdown or that are due to normal wear within field tolerance.

12. Damage from faulty prior repair work or defective parts.

13. Failures from overheating (regardless of cause).

• Metal, glass, or plastic trim

• Upholstery, carpets

• Ashtrays, cup holders

• Convertible tops, frames, mechanisms

• Sunroof tracks and mechanisms

• Seat belts and air bags (except steering wheel airbag)

• Body parts and structural components

• Plasma televisions

• Any non-factory installed parts

• Safety restraint systems (except limited steering wheel airbag coverage)
