Steps to Start a Claim

π Log into Your Karcure Portal
- Go to karcure.com/login and sign in to your account.

π Click 'Start A Claim'
- Once logged in, navigate to your vehicle details and click the Start A Claim button.

π Follow the Step-by-Step Process
- π Book an Appointment: Schedule a service with a RepairPal-certified facility.
- π³ Download Your Membership ID Card: Add your card to Apple Wallet or Google Pay.
- π Access Roadside Assistance & Towing Options: If needed, select roadside support.

β Review & Confirm Your Appointment
- A summary page will be displayed to review your selections before finalizing the appointment.
- Your plan details will be automatically sent to the service center.

π Diagnosis & Coverage Confirmation
- The service center will diagnose the issue and contact the claims department to confirm coverage of the failed component(s).

π Repairs & Back on the Road!
Once coverage is confirmed, the service center will repair or replace the failed parts, getting you back on the road quickly.
Waiting Period Before Filing a Claim β³
Before initiating a claim, please note that your policy is not fully active until your first monthly payment is made. This payment occurs 30 days after your initial activation fee and VIN activation.
Until this waiting period is over, you are not permitted to initiate any claims. If you have questions about your policy status, you can check your account in the Karcure Customer Portal or contact support for assistance.
